In addition to a brief description of the property, we'll need the following information in order to quote:

Address of the property and, if available, the assessor's parcel number (APN).  If you are unsure of either, we may be able to locate it if you can provide the name in which title is held.

Purpose of the appraisal, i.e. Divorce, Estate Taxes, Bankruptcy Filing, Selling, Buying, Gifting, Donating, etc.

Date of Value.  We can appraise property for its current value, a prior value such as need with Date of Death valuations, or a future value date based on completion of a proposed project.

If the property is commercial, industrial or retail, tell us if it is owner-occupied or leased.  If leased, how many units are there and how many tenants are there?

If your property has non-typical or special problems, it is best if you phone rather than email.
